How to ZOOM IN an MS Excel or Word document.
MS Office 2007: To ZOOM in look for the View tab and click on the Zoom magnify glass icon. Choose your magnification level in the Window that opens.

MS Office 2007: Use the slider on the botom right of your Window

MS Office 2003: Look for the Zoom link under the View tab

or
Change the font size on a page
Select your text and hold the Control key (Ctrl) while pressing the square bracket “ ]” key to increase text size, or the square bracket “[“ key to decrease text size.
Note: this is not a Zoom tool but a formatting option.
